Not quite as permanent on the skin - but our Wanna-Do Events will definitely stick in your memory - ideas that were born in the creative lab, during intense brainstorming sessions, or on the drive to the next event, and that have us itching to get started!

Everything seems like a perfectly normal evening. A typical company party. Only the branded flashlights on the tables don’t quite fit the picture. The hostess welcomes the guests: “It’s great to have you here today. Today we’re talking about energy. About ideas. About collaboration. Because when people come together, something new always emerges.” And then: BAM! The lights and music go out.
A murmur ripples through the room. Suddenly, the flashlights come in handy. Shortly afterward, the emergency power kicks in, red light floods the hall, and the host speaks up: “Okay… that wasn’t part of the plan. We’re apparently having a power outage.” A brief pause. Then the twist: “But maybe this is exactly the right moment for a little challenge.” An explanation follows on a screen or via an announcement: “The power won’t come back on its own. We have to generate it ourselves.” An energy meter starts at zero percent; the goal is one hundred. The guests work together at various stations to restore power. In the process, new connections are made, there are delicious, glowing drinks, and everyone immediately has a common topic - team building with a twist. For the grand finale, once the power is back on, the team’s message is displayed in the room.
While most people are still asleep, you set out together. Early in the morning, we meet up with you and your team, and we hike together into nature - up a hill or mountain with a panoramic view. Slowly, it begins to get light. The world awakens - with you right in the middle of it.
Depending on the occasion, there are two options: Either we provide two or three questions for the Walk & Talk to guide the conversation. Or we give the team complete freedom - to exchange ideas without any guidelines, or even to simply enjoy the silence.
Once we reach the top, a lovingly prepared breakfast awaits us in nature. Enjoy the meal, good conversations - and that moment when the first rays of sunlight usher in the day. We take care of everything: organization, location, breakfast, and atmosphere. All you have to do is come - together!
After this special start, it’s back to the office. But one thing is certain: the day will feel different.

Or you could lend a hand at an animal sanctuary. Here, companies—in groups of various sizes—first take a guided tour, then get to work: crafting enrichment toys for horses, building climbing structures for goats, mucking out donkey stalls, and of course: cuddling the animals - that’s a must!

Our “Do It Yourself. Experience It Differently.” events open doors to worlds of experience that remain hidden in everyday life: helping with the olive harvest, brewing your own beer, learning woodturning, accompanying the cattle drive down from the alpine pastures - or taking a look behind the scenes of traditional crafts and ways of life that are otherwise only known from a distance.
