Apprentice in Event Management

As part of our training program, we’ll prepare you from the ground up for the diverse work in the events industry. We place great emphasis on providing a high-quality training program that exposes you to as many facets of the industry as possible. That's why some of the training content will also focus on work in our "Marketing & Communication" and "Media Production" business areas, with the goal of turning you into a professional in the field of holistic event communication.
Your Training Curriculum
- Learning the basics of event planning, organization, execution, and follow-up (for in-person, hybrid, and digital events)
- Developing creative concepts for a wide variety of events
- A deep understanding of the importance of participant management and working in this field
- Preparing and sending detailed proposals and presentations
- Active client contact / communication with clients via phone and email
- Serving as the point of contact for clients and internal and external service providers in specific areas
- Preparing cost estimates and budgets
- Office administration
- Support for (inter)national projects, such as trade shows, events, roadshows, press conferences, and many other on-site formats
- Insight into the planning, implementation, and analysis of various marketing and design initiatives

- As an organized person, you enjoy communicating and actively and openly engage with everyone
- You find it easy to respond to unexpected situations; you are flexible and good at structuring and prioritizing tasks
- A good high school diploma (Mittlere Reife, Allgemeine Hochschulreife, or Fachhochschulreife)
- Ability to work well in a team
- You always keep an eye on and take an interest in innovations and trends
- A confident demeanor, organizational skills, and a team-oriented mindset
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- A good level of resilience, flexibility, and reliability
- Good written and spoken English skills
