b3 = connect. learn. ride. What sounds like a simple formula once again became a lived experience in the bike paradise of Leogang in 2024. During the Zahnkranz Weekend, around 40 participants came together with four inspiring speakers for professional exchange, personal connections, and unforgettable biking experiences in the Austrian Alps. One of the highlights was the presentation by Petra Kreibich, who introduced a fascinating new perspective: what do mountain bike tours have in common with leadership, transformation, and the future?
Using biking as a metaphor, she explored topics such as navigating change, team dynamics, adaptability, and the sustainable use of resources, while providing practical insights into modern leadership driven by authenticity and humanity. Alongside the presentations, shared experiences were at the heart of the event. During the day, participants explored the trails with professional bike guides, while the evenings were dedicated to networking and celebration, including a cozy dinner at Huwi’s Alm. From participant communication and graphic design to hotel coordination, organizing the bike guides, and providing full on site event management, we had the pleasure of supporting the Zahnkranz Weekend in every aspect — a project that left a lasting impression not only physically, but emotionally as well.
