As part of Fendt Dealer Technica, we welcomed close to 3,000 participants in Wadenbrunn near Wuerzburg under very different conditions: bright sunshine, freezing temperatures, and even occasional sandstorms. The attendee experience started long before arrival with structured invitation workflows and clear communication so every guest felt well supported from the very beginning.
Our scope included end-to-end attendee logistics, hotel and transfer coordination, registration management, and on-site support for international visitors from 36 countries. With this integrated setup, the event remained operationally stable at scale while still feeling personal and service-oriented for every participant group.
