A special reunion with a truly special client: for Camlog, one of our very first partners, we had the pleasure of supporting their major anniversary congress with every detail that such a milestone event deserves. Over the course of two inspiring days, around 800 participants came together to exchange knowledge, connect with one another, and celebrate shared success. From the very first idea to the final finishing touches, we ensured that every aspect of the event ran seamlessly. One unforgettable highlight was the evening event. Within just two hours, the conference setting was transformed into an elegant event location — and afterwards converted back again just as quickly. An impressive achievement made possible by an exceptional team, great dedication, and genuine passion. Our responsibilities included the overall concept and organization of the congress, coordinating all trades and service providers including the venue, catering, technical production, furniture, decoration, and DJ, as well as delivering all graphic services and comprehensive participant management.
